Payment Terms: For Scheduling: A VALID credit or debit card IS required to secure your appointment (no CashApp cards). A non-refundable deposit IS required. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. If the card you put down does not have sufficient funds when processing no show or cancellation fees, you will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments. For Service Payments: All forms of payments are accepted (CC, cash). No Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations: NO SHOWS and LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS will be charged 75% of the total service price. If these fees are not paid, you will be banned from scheduling future appointments. (You must cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fee). Running Late? If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, a $20 dollar late fee will be added to your service total. IF YOU HAVE EXTREMELY TANGLED/MATTED HAIR:
To ensure a smooth experience and respect for all clients’ time, please review and agree to the following policy regarding tangled or matted hair:
If you arrive to your appointment with extremely tangled or matted hair, you will be given two options:
1. Detangling Service Fee – If time allows, I may proceed with detangling your hair for an additional fee of $30 for every 30 minutes spent detangling. This fee will be added to your total service cost.
2. Refusal of Service – If the detangling cannot be done without affecting other scheduled appointments, the service will be refused, and you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service.
⚠️ Please Note: On fully booked or tight-schedule days, I reserve the right to refuse service if detangling will cause me to run behind. In this case, the cancellation fee will still apply.
